Brian Kreck was born into an entrepreneurial family that has owned its own businesses for many generations. His parents, Bill and Yvonne Kreck, have owned and operated Mill Creek Vineyards and Winery since the late 1960's. Brian Kreck began his experience with computers when his father purchased a Radio Shack TRS-80 Model 1 in 1979. This very model was one of the first personal computers sold in the world and an example is now exhibited in the Smithsonian Museum in Washington, DC. Brian's father integrated computers with wine during the early 1980's when he successfully wrote and re-wrote software to meet the family winery's bookkeeping needs. After high school Brian attended the University of California at Davis to study Economics, Viniculture, Enology, and Computer Science.

In the summer of 1995, Brian Kreck created the company, Dynamic Data Services, to train UC faculty and students on the use of personal computers and the Internet. Dynamic Data Services was renamed Brian Kreck Computer Consulting in 1997. Brian Kreck graduated from the University of California, Davis in 1997 and immediately joined the family business, Mill Creek Vineyards and Winery. While working for the winery fulfilling duties in marketing and management, he closely oversaw the growth of the computer business. The experience in both industries gave Brian the intimate experience necessary to profitably integrate technology with modern business to achieve administrative and marketing goals. The company had many projects including web sites, relational database design, small network design and implementation, and employee training.

In early 2001, Brian began to feel the scope of the company was too large and decided to focus on the most successful aspect of the company: web site design. Restructuring as a design company gave the firm a considerable new energy and sense of direction. Correspondingly, the company was renamed Kreck Design Solutions. Retaining the concept of providing economic solutions to the customer's needs became one of the core foundations of the company. The list of design related services have continued to grow to encompass many areas. In all areas, Kreck Design Solutions promises a prompt response to all inquiries and consistent, courteous, professional service.

In January of 2007, Kreck Designs moved from their office in downtown Santa Rosa to nearby Healdsburg. The new facility offered twice the space, and a half-acre yard for the dogs to explore! A sound and exciting move in many aspects, the new office will allow us to grow to meet your needs into the future.
